The default is not upgraded. You are confusing SABA & St. Barts. Those have been enhanced, NOT TNCM & Grand Case.

In the downloads section of Sim Market, version number is V1.2 at 1.08GB.

There is no info on their FB page to say what has changed, or even that there was a change published. Also, on the Sim Market main page, it shows as V1.1. 
 

Only by chance going into my account did I notice the version change.

FB page says, "The update will bring a fix to the windsock animations and other minor changes."

In v1.1 & now V1.2 I have a bump in the middle of the runway at TNCM.

Anyone else?

Not at the sim now but I noticed a pronounced bump right at the RWY 10 threshold area that I doubt is accurate.

It's easy to test. Position your airplane on runway 28 and taxi really fast down the runway. Somewhere in the middle of the runway you will feel the bump. I've reported this to the dev.

FlyTampa is working on their version. I don't think you will see it for a while. Maybe after they release KLAS.
