Not sure how much they could improve on SABA to the point I'd spend money on it over this....

Agreed. Also, the water color seems to be right based on the pics I've seen.

The TNCM scenery looks great. Since it includes Grand Case, and the default TNCS and TFFJ look good, I could see myself buying this after MSFS fixes the appearance of shallow tropical water. Until then, I can't see myself using the scenery. The water around TFFJ and TNCM needs a lot of work, IMO. Probably not a big deal for most, but it is for me. I know it may get fixed in the future. The the Lake Erie appearance of the tropical water is a killer for me.

Looks great and the price is right.

I’m curious as I’m new to flight simming... how do you guys enjoy all the added detail at these hand crafted airports. Do you poke around using the drone camera before/after a flight or just enjoy it from the cockpit or some other way I haven’t considered?

So far, in my travels, if it has a usable runway, I’m good. I’m typically more interested in tourist attractions and monuments how they are represented In the sim instead of the actual airports. But maybe I should take more time to poke around the airports.

This looks amazing. Waiting to hear about the FPS hit before buying it, though.

No noticeable fps impact for me: RTX2070S with 7700K and 32GB Ram, 4K, render scaling 90.

Watching a guy on YouTube, the PAPI lights are not working, show 4 whites permanently on the approach over the beach. He went well below the glide slope, almost put down in the water, yet 4 white lights.... if they missed this and it is a bug, it’s a bad one, hope they fix it quickly.

Excellent performance, YMMV.

I picked it up immediately and let the dev know. Let's see how quickly it's fixed.

I have been simming for 20 years or more, for me, the runway texture needs to be unique for that airport/runway... and the environment on approach needs to be detailed and crowded. Yet, I 've spent a fortune on addons for FSX/P3D and never experienced much the details of the airport buildings at close..until now in MSFS, I use the Drone to move around and get all the amazing details developers have added.

I am really tempted to get this one... If I know FT version is going to take 4 months or longer, I'll get this one and get that one also later on maybe.

That's fascinating. I really can't bring myself to spend any money on any airports.  But I really enjoy the scenery and exploring the world and the challenge of flight, navigation and landing.

My favorite place to spend time in FS2020 is TFFJ,   and I love the hop to TNCM.      BUT,   TNCM is SOOOO butt ugly in the default that I couldn't bring myself to spend any time there.

Definite purchase.

There is less reason for addons especially for addon sceneries since the world is so beautiful in MSFS.. in FSX and P3D the world was a pig (relatively speaking) so had to put so much lipstick on that  pig to make it look reasonable...so  slapped so many sceneries to the point some of the areas in my P3D looks better than MSFS of that same area... but its only pockets of good sceneries I had in P3D which were better than today's MSFS. But over a period of time, I am sure MSFS would go beyond anything we had in FSX/P3D

You should simply enjoy the sim as is for now... Maybe install so many Freeware (payware quality) that is being developed. Look for Gatwick UK and Oslo Airports freeware and Hyderabad India (Rajiv Gandhi International) etc... and many others.
