After I have changed one (or more) of the "Checklist Options", next time I start up FS2Crew these options have not been saved. (Using the latest version of FS2Crew).

You need to exit the app using the X click spots in the top right hand corner of the panel.

The various options save when you exit the app using the X click spots.

FS2Crew is started and exited from within FSUIPC7, so it would come in handy if these options were being saved when the app is closed.. (Just a hint) 🙂

This autostart 3rd party option has been there already for years 🙂  In the [Programs] section of FSUIPC, whether for LM or MS, one can set so-called RUNIF options that will start other progrmas, here's an example:

[Programs]
;  RunIf1=CLOSE,D:\ASP3D\ASP3D\ASP3D.exe -simVersion=5
RunIf2=CLOSE,D:\Little Navmap\littlenavmap.exe
RunIf3=CLOSE,D:\Flight Crew A320 MSFS\Flight Crew A320_x64.exe
RunIf4=CLOSE,D:\Navigraph\Navigraph Charts\Navigraph Charts.exe

Comes in pretty handy for lazy persons like me. The CLOSE parameter takes care of shutting down these programs upon exiting P3D or FS2020.

Okay, well you'll need to manually close FS2Crew to get the settings to save for now.
