I had to chuckle as well when I read that. Why even give a date for such a minor thing that can‘t be too hard to implement if it‘s that far out? Maybe they simply don‘t bother (which would be fine with me). Or they’re planning to release it together with something else, something bigger, eg an avatar mode or animated passengers. Now that‘d be something.
