GPS 500 - random blank pages

Featured Replies

I keep having a problem with random blank pages in the GPS 500. I neverremember seeing this problem in FS9 and I thought the GPS 500 was thesame but something is different. On one occasion its the airport info page. on another it will be theapproach page. The other day, I was flying to Tampa and along the way I clicked on myflight plan page and it was suddenly blank. ATC was still directingme (still had an active flight plan) but the GPS 500 lost all traces ofmy flight plan. I used the 'Direct to' button and followed ATC.anybody else having problems like this?

If the sim is really "busy," it might take a minute (or longer) for the page to refresh. I experience the same thing on the map page(s) when changing the zoom level...

I've also noticed that if you have changed the fiber frame rate to a very small number, it takes forever for the GPS to refresh.

Thank you.
