According to our inhouse CJ4 pilot @FNAL they basically always used them together, seems like just a design oddity. But maybe it's a 'reminder' for unruly pax busy with their champagne... like the turbulence announcement. Edited December 21, 20205 yr by cwburnett 5800X3D | Radeon RX 6900XT
December 21, 20205 yr Author Lol thanks, I’ll carry on as I’ve been doing then. One fun thing about flying this jet is imagining who you’re carrying in the back. Hard working corporate big wig, or trust fund party kids 🙂 Dave Current System (Running at 4k): ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F, Ryzen 7800X3D, RTX 5090, 55" Samsung Q80T, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, EVGA CLC 280mm AIO Cooler, Brunner CLS-E NG Yoke, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & Stick, Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant & Add-on, VirtualFly Ruddo+, TQ6+ and Yoko+, GoFlight MCP-PRO and EFIS, Skalarki FCU and MCDU
December 21, 20205 yr It used to be that the Passenger Safety illuminated signs were the "No Smoking" signs in the cabin. However for quite a few years now, no one has been smoking on aircraft so many manufacturers and operators have adapted the system to be a different notice, such as "No Electronic Devices". As a result, sometimes the sign is identified as a 'Passenger Safety" or "Passenger Information" sign. It's just a series of lighted notices, like the Seat Belt signs. Kerry W.
