If your first sentence is true and the best that one can hope for from fs2020, that would be a real blow to Asobo and the talent of their team. Well just tried out fs2020 in VR mode on my Index for about 15 minutes and I guess turbomax is right. Basically, the default settings--which are already quite low provide low-res graphics and trash framerates. I'm going to need to try a lot of optimization to make this usable on my i9/2080Ti w/32GB). Worse than DCS. I kid you not when I say that my (optimized) X-Plane 11.5 has both better graphics (with level 19 Orthos) and better framerates by a long shot. So XP might really have something big over fs2020 at the moment in the realm of VR. This is a huge initial disappointment, though since I haven't tried any optimization yet, there may still be some hope. Oh yeah, and yes: not having motion controls is as missed as I thought it might be. Edited December 22, 20205 yr by Gildahl
