Maddog and corrupted panel.cfg entries

I installed Maddog Reboot as instructed: as admin, AV off, enabled in Leonardo control panel.

The FS2Crew windows are black. I opened panel.cfg and noticed that entries are there (Window09 and 10) but actual Windows sections contain only gauge data. There is no general Window data like pos, size, etc.

How can i fix it?
