cerecproc

Recommended Posts

I have just purchased and installed 4 cerecproc voices. I assigned them to the random list and also some controllers. At first they worked, now they have stopped working and the default Microsoft voice is playing. what do I need to do differently?

Each time a controller or the copilot needs to speak, the program attempts to load their assigned voice.  If the voice will not load, a "default" male or female voice is used.  This is what results in the Microsoft voices being used.

There is another thread about issues the new with Cereproc voices.  I suspect you are hitting the same thing.  When they contacted Cereproc, they told him they were looking into it.

Yes I will, what’s the email address and what exactly did you say to them? Then I’ll say similar so they know it’s all one of the same issue.

I had a nice response :-

Hi Ian,

Our engineering team are aware of the issue with our V6 voices and are looking into resolving this.

I believe our V5 voices work alot faster on Pilot2ATC.

Would you like me to send you V5 versions of the voices to try?
