January 6, 20215 yr Hi all, I wonder if anyone is planning an add-on that ages the planes as we use them and records the hobbs meter? Or something that say, damaged a tyre on a hard landing etc...? Would be nice, we had something similar in X-plane 11.
January 6, 20215 yr Injecting into the simulation the consequences of wear & tear and the mishandling of moving parts and engine (redlining) has been a major breakthrough in FSX and P3D thanks to people like A2A for instance. ‘nuf said. January 6, 20215 yr As already pointed out, A2A's feature called 'persistent airplane' will make GA flying more realistic. If a similar feature could be brought to the airliners, that would make things interesting for anyone interested in a 'career mode' of flying. So unrealistic. Wasn’t aware the Hobbs ran though. I wish it would leave the previous state of aircraft after the flight finishes the next time you loaded the sim up.
