A little bit of Spain and France

A little bit of Spain, France, and the Mediterranean Sea

We depart from Girona (LEGE), Spain, overfly the city, and head west. After passing a lake, we turn north and land at Seo de Urgel (LESU), Spain. It is the gateway to Andorra! A little further north and up in the Pyrenees, we land at Altisurface D'Aleu (LFSO), France. Considering the slope of the runway, you want to land at Runway 10 and depart from 28. Take extra care not to taxi into the grass, you may get stuck!
We turn east again and search for the Château de Montségur. The next landing will be at Salvaza (LFMK). After departure, we overfly the Cité de Carcassone, an extra circle around this old town is recommended.
The next point of interest is the Forteresse de Salses, close to the coast.
We head north and land at Base Ulm Sauvian (3424). We overfly the city of Béziers and land at Larzac (LFCM). Shortly after take-off, we can admire the famous Viaduct de Millau. The Château de Bousquet is the next attraction before we land at Aurillac (LFLW). We cross over the higher parts of the Massif Central and finish the flight at Clermont-Ferrand (LFLC).

The flight plan and pilots guide can be found here.

Aircraft:

The trip has about 420 miles and six landings. The Bonanza, the Mooney, or a light twin are suitable. Keep in mind that the shortest runway has about 960 feet (downslope)!

Scenery:

There are several addons available. LFSQ and 3424 are not in the MSFS database.

Seems that there is a problem with the link for Clermont-Ferrand. This link should work: klick!

Thanks for the heads-up Norm!

Mmm, Of course, I clicked on the original link...😏

This link: https://flightsim.to/file/683/aeroport-aulnat-clermont-ferrand-auvergne-lflc

leads me to the download, and the download works. It is nevertheless strange. The airport was first at the flightsim.to site. Then it disappeared and I found it on the other site. Now it is back at the flightsim.to site. Maybe you should clear the cache or try another browser? If not, don't worry, the airport is ok without the add-on 😅

A gauntlet has been thrown down!

EDIT:

I picked it up and got my word not allowed kicked! No joy and yet the website thinks I've downloaded it.

I'm off to sulk.

Now doesn't work for me either (404). (But previously had DL that file so I had it).

Anyways for this trip, popped the file up to my own one-drive for any who needs: Just a small thing but does improve.
