They needed to be updated after the Garmin Trainer update. Rule of thumb is: do not update the Garmin Trainer first. Instead wait for a release of RXP updates that support the new Garmin Trainer. The RXP updates will call in the Garmin Trainer update during the update process. Otherwise you may create a mismatch between the two. If you continue to have issues after updating the RXP GTNs then the mismatch is likely still there. Then the solution is to completely uninstall both the Garmin Trainer and the Reality XP GTNs, and reinstall using the Reality XP eCommerce installer(s). Not the update installers. Let that process call in the Garmin Trainer installation so the overall installations stay in tandem. The Reality XP eCommerce installers are the installers you download directly off of the product page at the Reality XP web site. Download installers as if you are very first purchasing them. During installation, when you arrive at the Flight 1 verification site, you choose "reinstall". You will not need to pay again. Even if you originally purchased through the Reality XP site this has always been part of the purchase verification process. You will be prompted to validate your license with the email and code you used at the time of your original purchase. If you log on to the Flight 1 site the history is there for you if you need to retrieve it from there. January 19, 20215 yr Author Hi Frank, Thanks for your answer and sorry for my bad english. I tryied: 1.- Uninstall RealityXP 750/650 from Control Panel 2.- Uninstall garmin Trainer from Control Panel 3.- With F1 eCommerce I download realityXP 750/650 and install it. Garmin is installed too at the same installer process (I have changed the default path for Garmin to other hard drive) 4.- Run P3Dv5, load situation with airplane and the GTN is black screen. 5.- With ctrl key and click on top of GTN, open window and go down for check update. There is an update and I downloaded. 6.- Close P3Dv5 and install the update 7.- Run P3Dv5, load situation with airplane and the GTN is on but NOT DATABASES After all this, I run Garmin trainer and there is a message with update available, then click it and update. Well, the problem is the same, not databases. I hope that the RealityXP people can help me. Thanks and best regards. Edited February 9, 20215 yr by RXP J. Adolfo Medina
January 19, 20215 yr Two thoughts... 1. Are there any error messages in the rxp log files (in your Documents folder)? 2. Try reinstalling with Garmin in its default location. Bert
