Maybe the fact that it's a private GA aeroplane, so it would have no service agent?

Yes it is a small airplane, however because of the video game nature things happen such as parking nose in to a building when you select a parking spot. Thus the need for push back. Normally, I'd release the brakes, get out, and just push the airplane backwards but, you can't do that.

Yes half of the time that is a thing, until of course one flies to uncontrolled airport with self-serviced fuel island 🙂

I'd like to call a fuel truck...i never needed a service agent to do that IRL.

Besides that even as a small GA plane i could order handling services if needed.

Might be the case then. But what if i fly to a major airport? Still doesn't work...

It will also get rid of the call for services on ground frequency. Another brilliant decision made by a software engineer with ZERO aviation experience.

Yeah that thing is half baked. Some FBOs might have a dedicated frequency for such things but the whole system is a bit off IMO.

Yep, I remember carrying the little AC-U-Kwik book to have the frequencies for FBOs. Thus I could have the ramp rats waiting on landing.
