Elevator trim logic

It's worth noting this falls foul of the 'acceleration' bug introduced by MSFS's auto-repeating toggle switches. Otherwise I am fairly sure the trim works exactly like in P3D and FSX. (Indeed, all indications are it's probably using the same code.)

Oh my bad, I meant the trim button on the joy stick.

I use that one at first also, but it is terrible to use, try the INC-DEC lever on the throttle instead, it works much better, it is like day and night difference.
