Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱

When I was a boy in Scotland during the forties, Brylcream was required before going to the pictures and other entertainments.

And when I was a leather-jacketed would be Marlon Brando in my early teens it was considered de-rigeur. Probably the single thing that prompted me to move on out of that phase of my development!

I missed all of that and became an American teenager - levis and Clark's (English) desert boots.

I think I might be jealous. I've always imagined being a teenager in the 50s in the US must have been mighty fine, but then maybe I've just seen too many episodes of Happy Days
