February 7, 20215 yr What is the most complete way to Uninstall RXP software? I can't find and Uninstall Exe. Would I have to use Windows Add/Remove Programs? I want to do a total reinstall. Thanks

Based on my experience a few months ago I recommend you download a fresh RXP eCommerce installer from the product page at the Reality XP web site. As if you were first purchasing it. The installation will run you through the F1 ecommerce verification so you will need the email address you originally used and your installation key. The installation process should install the correct Garmin trainer as it proceeds. February 8, 20215 yr Author I would have to get a new key created. Lost that when I lost Windows 10 back in November. Although those files are on Drive D, what the tech could recover and save. If I can find the key file folder that is. And if being moved doesn't corrupt it. Thanks Bert.

Log in at F1 and that information should be there waiting for you. Even though you download from the RXP website, the purchase is pushed through the F1 eCommerce system and thus the history is recorded and archived there.
