Oh boy, how I loved to play Fleet defender and 1942 PAW. Nice to see these games are still around.

I have the boxed KOTS, none of the others.

The consensus is that these games should run on Win0 but might require some extra fiddling.

The versions of these games being sold at GOG are apparently modified already, specifically for more modern machines
