February 24, 20215 yr You might require a dedicated USB card. That's what I had to do with my Reverb G1. The motherboard USB ports don't work for some reason.

February 24, 20215 yr You need to call support. They have cable issues. There is about a month back log on cables. I just went through it.
February 24, 20215 yr Same thing happened to me. Its a real pain. I purchased mine from Amazon and as it happened within 30 days so, I simply returned it for a replacement no questions asked. Its a common problem. The replacement seems ok so far.
