Reverb G2 not working USB

Featured Replies

HI,

My headset stop working and not recognized...i tested all ports, usb and usb-c... without success.

Anyone can help ?

regards,

João PS

You might require a dedicated USB card. That's what I had to do with my Reverb G1. The motherboard USB ports don't work for some reason.

That issue has apparently struck a lot of G2 users. You should contact HP support.

Tks!!

MSI g carbon x570 and Ryzen 5900 CPU with 3090 suprem x (no usb c port....)

Some ppl said that it happens with intel chipset also.

It worked for a few weeks...

You need to call support. They have cable issues. There is about a month back log on cables. I just went through it.

Same thing happened to me. Its a real pain.

I purchased mine from Amazon and as it happened within 30 days so, I simply returned it for a replacement no questions asked.

Its a common problem. The replacement seems ok so far.
