March 25, 20215 yr As per the title, a BAe Hawk trainer suffered an engine failure and the crew banged out - suffering minor injuries - with no-one on the ground being hurt. If you want a good laugh though, check out this report and listen for the mistake by the presenter about 'simulated' missile attacks. I think that was just 'were' and 'ejected' sounding joined up, although personally I'd have said 'the crew ejected' rather than 'the crew were ejected', as the latter sounds a bit involuntary and the former sounds like a choice.
