Now that's interesting. We have the 2004 incident Comander Favor reported, the 2015 incident, and now ships logs released under the freedom of information act reveal that an even more brazen incident occured in 2015. The unidentified craft were actually hovering over a helicopter landing pad, carrying out the same rapid left right forward backward manoveres.

Multiple sightings, close proximity, in bad visibility and operating far longer that commercial drones could. And covering distances drones can't.

"In July of 2019, a truly bizarre series of events unfolded around California’s Channel Islands. Over a number of days, groups of unidentified aircraft, which the U.S. Navy simply refers to as ‘drones’ or 'UAVs,' pursued that service's vessels, prompting a high-level investigation. "

Seems that the number of sightings is increasing, but that could be increased public attention due to media coverage.  Whatever it is, it is weird, to say the least.

I mean you might surmise that the 2004 incident was some kind of con, some kind of deliberate disinformation, even though Fravor certainly sounds like an honest guy, but two more incidents spanning 15 years, all very similar...  yeah there's something weird going on for sure.

So brazen in 2019 too, actually hovering over the deck of the ship. Bad visibility, down to one mile, matching the speed of the ship. Over distances way further than a typical drone. If this is a foreign power with such technology it's worrying.

"NBC reported that Mr Gilday was likely referring to a request by the Senate Intelligence Committee for the director of National Intelligence and the Defence Department to provide a report on “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” by 25 June.

The report has been requested to determine whether foreign adversaries are behind the origins of the drones and other unidentified aircrafts that have been spotted near military facilities over the last few years."
