April 23, 20215 yr I'm new to neofly and I want a way to show the map that neofly provides because the gps does not show the flight plan. I mainly use the helicopter and like to do drop point type missions. These use coordinates so i'm not able to create flight plans in-flight on the current garmin gps. A neofly moderator stated that there are tools available to show "any" window in the vr headset (but did not mention which tool). What tool will allow me to show the neofly map in the vr session? MSFS Alpha tester on W10 Pro x64. Hardware: AMD 5900X 12 core CPU. Cooler Master ML360R AIO, Asus X570-E mobo, Asus Strix 3090 24GB gfx card, G.Skill TridentZ 64GB (4x16) DDR4-3600 RAM, Samsung 970 250GB SSD (OS), Samsung 980 Pro 1TB M.2 pcie-4 NVMe SSD (MSFS install). EVGA 850w Gold cert PSU, CUK Continuum full ATX tower. 43" Sceptre 4K display. VR: HP Reverb G2.
April 28, 20215 yr I haven't tried it with Neofly, but other apps and browser windows can be brought into MSFS VR as a floating window you can move around with the G2 hand controller. You do this by opening them (neofly) in the WMR Portal (cliff house etc) and then clicking on the top right window tab called "follow me" of the app. I've done this with youtube vids in a browser etc. Edited April 28, 20215 yr by dogmanbird
