April 24, 20215 yr I get this CTD only when flying the PMDG 777 or 747 with P3DV5, the 737 and QW787 no issues. Faulting application path: E:\P3DV5\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office16\mso20win32client.dll. I've tried all the suggestions nothing works. Tried uninstalling Office only to have P3D not load at all. Ever since the 777 update for P3DV5 came out from PMDG it's been crashing. Put in a ticket with PMDG all they did was point the issue at Prepar3d. Wayne Larsen
April 24, 20215 yr I had the same problem. Turned out to be a problem related to FS2Crew RAAS for me. Don´t remembre how I solved it but a Google search should point you in the right direction. Good luck. I use P3D v4.5 btw. Regards Asbjorn Hansen Edited April 24, 20215 yr by 3atcos

April 24, 20215 yr It’s RAAS that causes the issue. Head over to the FS2CREW forum where the developer describes how to resolve this issue. Unfortunately I can’t point you to the correct post but you should find it in the 777 sub forum I believe 😉 What I did is removed the RAAS folder to disable RAAS completely. It’s pretty useless anyways even with the correct and up to date database I’d say... Hope you’ll have it resolved soon 😊 Balint Szarka CPU Intel i9 9900K OC'd to 5Ghz RAM 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz (2 x 16GB) GPU 8GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER
