  1. For me so far so good I uninstalled the scenery, content then client in control panel. And then installed the new 5.2 client, content and scenery. then deleted shaders folder. No fps issues.
  2. Thanks guys I'll give it a go! Cheers!
  3. I get this CTD only when flying the PMDG 777 or 747 with P3DV5, the 737 and QW787 no issues. Faulting application path: E:\P3DV5\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office16\mso20win32client.dll. I've tried all the suggestions nothing works. Tried uninstalling Office only to have P3D not load at all. Ever since the 777 update for P3DV5 came out from PMDG it's been crashing. Put in a ticket with PMDG all they did was point the issue at Prepar3d.
  4. Hey fellow simmers Orbx YBBN Brisbane is out there for free. Go get it 🙂

  7. Does any one have it working in V5? I haven't seen anything on the FS2Crew site at all as far as an update.Or do I just reinstall it and point to my P3DV5 folder.
  8. Try this from Simmarket CYQR Regina International Airport FSX P3Dhttps://skyvector.com/airport/CYQR/Regina-International-Airport
  9. Is your sim installed on an SSD drive and separate from your boot drive. I have my Windows boot drive all by itself and my P3D V4.5 and V5 on a 500GB SSD M2 NVME It loads in less than 3 minutes. Actually 2 mins and 20 secs
  10. Ya know I'm gonna stick with Ver 4.5 for a while yet. I just upgraded to a slightly faster computer and it's working just fine. I may in time go for it as long as I can run both versions on the same system. And when all the bugs have settled down.
  11. I think I'll wait a few days before buying it. I'm in no hurry.
  12. What are most simmers getting the Prepar3D Academic licence? I'm new to Prepar3D. Is that what most simmers are getting? I would like to slowly move to Prepar3D because of the 64 bit engine I'm done with FSX and OOMs and tweaking. Hoping this will be the way to go.
