So do I just download the PMDG 737NGX Base Package? And I'm good to go?

I find what works for me, and I'm running Windows 8.1 with dual monitors at full screen in FSX. As I am approaching my destination I'll start hearing the Windows bling warning and know OOMs is imminent I do a ALT Enter and switch to windowed view full screen and the OOMs don't occur. Bit of a band aid solution but at least I can land and get to the gate.

I just turn it off in the FMC it's annoying

I just use JeppView for Windows and print off the charts I need. In fact I have a thick binder full of them. I just pull out the charts I need and get on with my flight. I'm thinking an EFB might cause frame rate issues anyway.

I use 2 monitors in extended desktop setting and slide the instruments I want over to the second monitor.

I have Win8 on my new Dell gig and I installed an applet called "Start is back" fixed it. BTW FSX/PMDG works fine on my rig took a lot of tweaking but all good now.

FSDT CYVR on my new Dell XPS 8500. And I will get my Dell delivered before PMDG 777 gets released so I'll be ready.

I have a Dell XPS 8500 on order with close to those same specs. I was due for a new computer anyway. Maybe I'll see 25+ frame rates at busy airports instead of 6 to 10 . I'm a little concerned about Windows 8 and FSX working together though.

Yes CYVR is sweet, nice if there was more Canadian airports done by FSDT they make the best scenery by far.

I aint going near Windows 8 for a long time before all the bugs are all worked out.

Must be nice to spend $400 + dollars on manuals for a product that hasn't even been released yet. It's called pdfs for free when you buy the end result.

I recently bought FS2Crew 737NGX Edition (Special Bundle Pack) thru the PMDG shop website and now there is an update that I can't get it as I have to have bought it thru the FS2Crew website the so what do I do?

Hopefully Topcat upgrades to include the 777 it's a little behind, as the 737-900 is not part of the aircraft list. Or the 737-600 also.

AS2012 (Active Sky 2012) works for me there is a dst button on the gauge which means destination and it give you wind direction. So you can set your arrival runway and transition info. Dont fly with out it now.

Never mind i figured it out it was in the control settings some how got disabled

I have hit some key combination or something now I can't pan around when I'm in virtual cockpit 3d mode. I used to just hold the space bar and move my mouse cursor and zoom in and out to my hearts content but now it wont work. I'm lost anybody have any ideas?

Yes it sounds like too much fuel or payload or both
