I am a new member to this site/ I am having trouble with my throttle on my Hotas Warthog.  I am running Win microsoft flight sim 2020. The throttle keeps cutting out and I GO into the deep six. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Welcome to the AVSIM forums! 😄  May be something to do with your mixture level going into the fuel cutoff position.  Something to do with the programming of mixture control with joystick/throttle control assembly.
