More old aircraft shots

Some more aircraft missing in action (or "missing in simulation", I suppose)

Can't remember the exact model of this, some kind of Horten, I think

Always like the look of both this and the Bf110 a couple of shots back

Again, can't remember what this was. One of those never made it off the drawing board 1950s Brit things. Around the TSR2 time, I think

Yet another German flying wing design.

A quick look at my spreadsheet and I reckon I've probably got between 500 - 600 different aircraft (incl ships, helis and oddities like hang-gliders) for P3D and FSX. I wonder how many of the same aircraft will eventually surface in MSFS. I really won't get to see much (real) daylight if they all make it!

cheers,

Andy

Oh yezzzzzzzzzzzzzz, what a collection of wonderful vintage birds. I must have the same number of planes you have, Andy. Plus a few for XP11. A few of the P3D ones we will eventually see in MSFS, I hope too. If not, we need to convert them ourselves. So far I have some 120 converted to MSFS. Most of them fly ok and that's all what you can do with them, some have no gauges. But that's good enough for me. For some reason, most of them look from the outside better in MSFS than they ever did in FSX/P3D 🙂

Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds

Cheers Bernd. I haven't been doing much conversion work lately, been totally tied up with the H135. And now, thanks to some neat help from Chock, I'm beginning to get to grips with the delights of flying tubeliners using yer actual flight plans and AP etc. I found quite a few of the oldies that wouldn't come across well, so also on my list is to go back and really sort out my old FSX system to maybe use occasionally for some of the immovable objects. So much simming, so little time!
