May 31, 20215 yr Hello, I've just stumbled upon the website for this yoke :https://www.proyoke.com/ I can't find any reviews online... The specifications read "Powered by AGRONN Technology" and the reviews about Agronn are generally very good. However these mainly cover the column yokes, which I suspect use a different technology than this desk-clamped one (springs ?) On ths plus, it's made of cast aluminum with 180° roll travel. On the downside the photo from the side shows a rather limited throw of the yoke (10 cm ?) Anyone uses it ? Or heard about it ? Edited May 31, 20215 yr by Fry777
May 31, 20215 yr If you haven't seen it you might want to take a look at the Fulcrum One yoke which also is all metal. In addition, the Fulcrum uses Hall sensors instead of potentiometers, has 180 degrees of roll axis travel and 8 inches of pitch axis travel, has 7 programmable switches, and is much less costly than the Proyoke. Interestingly, the Fulcrum's yoke handle can be changed -- swapped out-- for other aircraft yoke types that apparently are planned for future release. So maybe a B737 type handle will be available down the line some time in the future. You could ask Chris at Fulcrum about that if a yoke with a B737 handle is what you are looking for. https://fulcrumsim.com/product/fulcrum-one-yoke/ https://www.avsim.com/forums/forum/882-fulcrum-simulator-controls/ Al Edited May 31, 20215 yr by ark
June 1, 20215 yr I'd second the recommendation to check out the Fulcrum One yoke. It handles like a dream and gives a real sense of effort when pushing or pulling on the yoke. I was very hesitant to spend so much on one peripheral but it's made such a difference that it was worth it. You have the bonus of being able to speak with the developer, Chris (aka @tutmeister, on this very forum (at the link @ark posted above). June 4, 20215 yr Author Thank you both for your replies. I heard about the Fulcrum yoke, that's why I wanted to have a comparison with this one first 😉
