whats the area is it at a certain airport if so which one ?

If you have an AI aircraft with a bad texture file, it can do this. 

Try completely disabling your AI and see if the problem persists...if not, then it becomes a matter of identifying which AI acft are spawning within your AI visibility bubble at that place/time.

An airport with a duplicate or bad AFCAD file coming into view can also be the source of a repeatable error, although the time wouldn't make much difference.

I don't use any AI Trafic etc...
Flown new flight with the same plane, same flightplan (didn't even create new in simbrief, simply loaded old one from FMC), same addons and flight was pretty fine, I luckely landed in EDDH. 
My conclusion is: it's not that frustrating when your flight about 1 hour, but if it happens to me after 10 hours of flight, and I can't able just load autosave from fsuipc - it seems to me I just throw my PC from window

UPD: Update P3D to 5.2 version and got crash on my way to ZSPD. The same way as it was - right before Top of Climb. I think PMDG knows what the problem
