Trying to load KSFO which is stock (albeit one of Asobo handcrafted) and when the sim is loading (after World Map) get a repeatable CTD no matter what aircraft?  

Windows Event viewer to begin with.

Event viewer clear as mud and usually doesn't offer any clues

How much ram do you have?  KSFO is a pretty complex airport.  Try lowering your screen resolution before loading the flight.  Less pixels to draw.

16GB....have no problem with other complex areas like LA/London etc.

In fact just been watching my mem usage loading up and it crashed with 10GB used, 6GB spare so not sure that is it.  Normally once the airport loaded in I hover around 9-10GB usage, I run at 1920 x 1080P.

Memory access error are normally only 2 things : you ran out of virtual memory  or you have a mod that is causing a conflict.

Check your entire community folder for duplicate folders. Start at the top root level and in the search box type in and search for the following. You may have to check the official folder too!

I am sorry I cant remember the other one, but if you find loads of these folders you have rename it and then update the Layout.json in the same folder to whatever you renamed myconpany.

 

I had this the other day
justsim-airport-lgsr-santorini\scenery\mycompany

I renamed the mycompany bit to jslgsr-santorini and the CTD was gone

It isnt always airport specific., For Example I had EGTB, then when I bought Tacoma every time I went to EGTB either loading it or fly near it boom CTD

I'd first remove everything from community folder. If you still CTD it's not there. If no ctd, add half entried back, rinse repeat.
