Hello yesterday i bought autopilot panel , when i plug device to my PC nothing shows .. when i open device manager there is nothing..

but when i plug it into gf PC everything works .. we have same USB ports ... iam totaly exhausted i tried everything from USB reinstall setting power options then USB power option ..

Did you install the drivers for it suitable for your operating system? Have you tried unplugging all other peripherals to make sure your PC is delivering enough power to operate it? Have you tried it with different USB ports? Tried a powered USB hub? Are yours and your GF's PC on the same operating system, with the same power usage and with no peripherals which are powered via their port which might affect things differently? Is your O/S updated? Any one (or several at the same time) of these things can affect the Logitech autopilot, which is normally just plug and go if you have suitable drivers for it, but it is worth it to check all these things.

Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

usb2 or usb3

I run mine through a usb3 otherwise the usb2 ports dont provide enough power to run it

Hi,

I use all 3 logitech panels n(radio, switch and mulit) on USB2 and they work well-I also diasabled Enhanced Power management, and ensure that they are set to not allowed to turn off the device to save power.Attched is a simple file (not mine) to do the Enhanced Power management,Register first to download.

USB 2 vs 3 was no factor for me after two years of frustration believing it was a factor. Direct computer connection vs hub or powered hub also turned out to be no factor. For me it was Windows and Advanced Power Management.

Go into Control Panel, Device Manager, HID, and clearly identify the panel by plugging/unplugging.   Then right-click on it and select Properties.  Deselect the option to allow Windows to shut it off to save power. It may also take a small app that performs a Windows registry patch for Saitek/Logitech devices.
