Hi the disconnect/reconnect issue may be related to this.I had a similar issue with my thrustmaster mfds when I went W7 to W8,and w10 is even worse-it is to do with enhanced power management on the USB https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2900614 hope you sort it Ashley

Hi, RC works well in P3D up to 2.5 HF4. Don't forget you need FSUIPC which is installed with RC but is worth buying for tyhe extra facilities to install RC4: open the P3D installation folder create a copy of P3D.exe rename the copy to FSX.exe run the RC4 installer and point to your p3d installation folder install and enjoy-doing it this way the installer is quite happy Best Ashley Sear ex RC beta tester

Hi, I suggest you try to figure out when you bought it which email(s) you may have used,then you can provide a few email addresses you may have used at that time for them to check. Give them a start and they will help you,but it takes a lot of time to check thousands of possible email addresses for your name. Good luck Ashley Sear
