July 26, 20214 yr So when I fly in P3D I usually use headphones. I didn't have a problem until recently where it seems that if I don't have my headphone plugged in before I start the sim they won't be recognized, so I might be missing some sounds in 3rd party aircraft. It seemed like before I could plug in my headphones after I loaded everything up and still get sound. So, any suggestions on what I should check.? I just have the generic Real Tek audio device and have a port on the front of the computer where I plug the headphones in. Thanks Jason Thiers
August 4, 20214 yr HIt alt+enter to take it out of full screen then check to see if a dialog box is popping up in the back ground asking you to confirm the head phones you plugged in. Then click don't ask again if you have the option. August 9, 20214 yr I have the same problem with Bluetooth headphones. If the aren’t connected before I start P3D I can’t see them in the audio options, I need to restart and connect headphones first. Then, if I disconnect them on a long flight (to go to bed lol) they crash the sim.
