July 30, 20214 yr I've forgotten how to slide the over to the right side of the plane (copilot), so I can capture and save it using Ctrl-Alt-#. Also is is possible to disable the blue controls highlighter? As usual for me, all seems quite good post update as far as performance goes and visually I'm pretty happy it looks very decent. Did a complete reinstall. Haven't landed yet at a busy airport so have yet to see how it copes with that. By sliders are much higher now than previously and still getting better performance, no stutters, even now the spinning logging indicator (lower right) I don't believe is causing a microstutter as it did before so I don't need to disable it and so flights will now be logged presumably. Hi Noel, To disable the (awful new XBOX oriented) blue cockpit interaction spots, go into SETTINGS > ACCESSIBILITY > ...... and change the COCKPIT INTERACTION TYPE to "Legacy". To move your seating position along in the cockpit, will depend on what keys you have assigned in the CAMERAS pages. for me, it's the right cursor key. Go to the cameras page, cockpit view and look for the movement controls for moving right. 👍 Bill 😎FS2024 • Currently in 'GA mode' : A2A Comanche 2024 & Aerostar • Black Square C208, Bonanzas, Barons, TBM850, Dukes • COWS DA40 & DA42 • FSW Legacy, C24R Sierra & C414 • Echo Falco F8L • FFX HJET, Visionjet and P180 2024 • Got Friends A32 Vixxen • FSReborn Sirius TL3000, Sting S4 and Piper M500 • Flyboy Rans S6S • Skyward DA50RG • SWS Zenith CH701, RV-8, RV-10, RV-14, PC12 • Milviz C310R • Air Foil Labs Bristell B23 TrackIR • BeyondATC • PMS GTN Payware • RealTurb • Axis & Ohs • FS Realistic Pro9800X3D • RTX 3080 • 64GB DDR5-6000NPPL licence holder in the UK

Yes I used it all the time but this time w/ the 2nd question I didn't think I would find a solution to it, so paired them in this post,. plus having spent many hours untangling a failed update w/ complete uninstall/reinstall of MSFS I did take a shortcut for sure since this is the first time I have been able to fly since the 27th. Thanks for the link. I went to keyboard controls, tried choosing Slide Cockpit View Right (Lockable), it accept the right arrow key, I validated and saved, yet nothing happens when I hit the right arrow key. Is it maybe something to do w/ being 'locked', and I don't know what that means in this context! I had this set up initially since Aug 20, 2020 but still haven't figured it out despite your good help! Hey Noel, I just checked and Slide Cockpit View Right is my assignment for moving right in the cockpit, but I don't have the "lockable" command assigned, just the 'normal' command. If you're not seeing the "non-lockable" version of the command in the list, make sure you have "All" selected in the assignments visibility dialogue (on the left), and not "assigned" or "essential". Other than that, I'm stumped! hope you can get it working though. July 30, 20214 yr Author Thanks again Bill yes I did have ALL selected and yet all of those slide controls have the phrase (Lockable) after the control name. I think it must indeed be Locked! I'll hopefully will get it thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Cheers Found the lock/unlock: middle mouse button press. Now the slide control works. Thanks!
