Just Flight Pipers: how do the various aircraft differ?

I was wonderng about getting the Warrior (in addition to my Turbo Arrow) when I came across this thread. I went for it, and don’t regret it at all. Nice plane to fly, and definitely more forgiving than the Arrow.

One thing I’ve noticed though is how much the Warrior seems to yaw from side to side on final approach. I find myself having to use the rudder much more than in the Cessna 172 with this plane anyway (likely much more realistically?) but it’s a lot more pronounced at low speed. Is this realistic behaviour, something I’m doing wrong, or perhaps related to my rudder pedals setup? (Or potentially all three? 😄)

I noticed my Turbo Arrow started yawing back and forth on approach too. Started happening after the 2nd hotfix.

None of that for me.

Issues I am aware of (all quite minor) :

- uses fuel too fast and runs out at top of the red zone so you need to watch fuel
- generic weird AP issues that almost ever addon plane has after SU5, annoying but not really a c140 issue
- the master switch has an odd interaction with Saitak and Honeycomb switches, (probably due to the real life C140 having one switch for both battery and generator whereas saitek/honeycomb split them and allow one off and one on )

I really like this aircraft, it has character that I like, so I hope the problems are solved with the next patch.

Cessna not Piper

It has a few minor glitches with AP and stuff that they are working on post SU5 but I really like it.

I bought it this morning. Very retro. “50’s diner with wings.”  True.

A 15 minute video of the Warrior II in turbulence and rain.  It sort of demonstrates what is both a plus and a disadvantage of the Warrior II - you cannot fly over the weather and are forced to fly through it.
