Just a feature request for shorter pre-flight events. I enjoy the FO setting up the electricity and going for his walk-around, but I use PACX for all the boarding stuff, so I always end up muting the cabin and just forwarding through the rest of the PFE flows once the FO gets back on board. I would love an option to have the PFE flows end after the FO returns.

You know if all you really need is the FO flows, you can open the Manual Flow selector and manually trigger the desired FO flow.

So you could have the FO run the electrical setup flow without running the Preflight events.

Is there a voice command to have the FO execute the flows in Manual Flow / Command Selector? I tried the preliminary cockpit setup one and it did not work. Was also difficult to find info on it.

If not, pls can you consider adding and also consider adding some notes on that, so that voice users know there is no need to try?

There's no voice controls for the manual flow selector.

The manual flow selector is really just for testing purposes or an emergency backup if you somehow miss the trigger for for the flow.

I wouldn't want to add voice command for the manual flow selector in case the voice command is accidently detected.

So if I do not use the pre flight events 30 minute scenario, but wish to take some more time and as the manual flow selector is for testing/emergency, then I think I have missed something somewhere on how to get the FO to start the Preliminary Cockpit Flow. What is the intended process for this? Sorry for ignorance.

No worries.

If you don't run the Pre Flight Events, the FO won't do the pre-flight cockpit flow automatically.

Only way would be use the manual flow selector to trigger that flow by hand.

If you click on the PF countdown timer it will decrease in time if you want to have a shorter preflight.....
