September 22, 20214 yr I have logged two bugs this month. I just closed one as solved. The response is typically 2-3 days for me. September 22, 20214 yr I found their bug reporting very obtuse and finally stopped. The fact that you have to collect several files from your Window's install, then make an account to a separate site, log in to that site, then fill out the forms, then upload the collected reports.... just to much. What would really help would be single button within the game menu to do most of this stuff with just a simple dialog box for one to type in a sentence or two. If the error occured and crashed the sim, then the next attempt a loading would bring up a similar type of dialog box (like the 'safe mode' we have now).
