Zendesk cheating?

Featured Replies

Yestarday (Sunday) I added new request on Zendesk (as bug, noticed spike on mesh in one place).

What I noticed, suddenly after pressing „confirm” button, this new, created request, on the same time changes status as ….solved (and I cant reopen it as it was before, solved all the time). Did they change a rules and all are solved, so no bugs in MSFS? 😎

nope.. as has been explained many times here and on the official forums...   solved means they have accepted it and passed it ontyo the appropriate team to investigate.

That's all.

Thx but it looked like an automatic process, "solved" right away!

Why they can't just change this to 'logged' instead of solved is another one of life's mysteries.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Hmmm, "logged" has almost the same status as "noted". I'd rather they change it to either "accepted" or preferably "working on it".

Controllers: Fulcrum One Yoke | MFG Crosswind v2 pedals | Honeycomb Bravo Quadrant |Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant | Stream Deck XL & Plus | TrackIR 5 Tobii eye tracking

I am guessing they have some automated bot that looks if its an existing issue/duplicate from the description/keywords and if so resolves it. Considering the game has millions of purchases I can't see them manually going through tens of thousands of tickets or trying to organise that many.

I added the next bug.

On this airport LJDI I started inside a hangar (closed), so if you have detected crash in MSFS = you crashed, lol.

But after submitting bug, again SOLVED in the same time when I push submitt button !!! Something strange! 😲

Does anybody actually get any more feedback from them when the bug IS actually solved?

I reported 4 bugs. 2 bug about scenery spikes/annomalies.

At some point they got the status solved in Zendesk.

The next WU they were indeed solved.  If this coincidence or because of my report is unclear.

I also reported 1 texture bug with the Xcub. Status solved but the bugs are still there after months.

The G3X bugs with duplicate airports and strange flight planner behaviour has stats solved but no solution.

As I know "solved" means NOTICED only (and sent to other department), but what I noticed, after bug insertion is it solved right away now, not "submitted" or "opened" like before.

Why not ask them. I am sure they will know more about how their reporting system works than anyone here.
