September 27, 20214 yr Hi folks, I’m slowly starting to dip my feet into a new upgrade and doing some searching/research. In my limited knowledge of computer systems, I’m wondering what anyones general thought is on this system.. (note I have a budget to follow, so I need to give and take), also, only sim I use is msfs. Intel i7 10700F - GeForce RTX 3060 - 16GB DDR4 3000MHz - 1TB Intel M.2 NVMe SSD - EVGA XR1 Capture Device This is a pre-built system. Id probably upgrade the ram on it. My current system is in my sig as an fyi. thanks Edited September 27, 20214 yr by flyinpilot212121 Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.

And consider accessory cooling for the CPU. Find a motherboard with a high speed data connection for convenience when making backups. eSata or USB-C 3.1. Hope you can find an RTX 3 series video card, 8 GB minimum. One built with three fans, not two, unless it has two fans and liquid cooling. Pay attention to size -> length if three fans, width if it has liquid cooling.
