I thought this was so funny...

PLEASE!  This is not a political post.  I got a good laugh out of it and I thought you might too.  Please do not respond politically.

I am reading Woodward's book Peril.  I would recommend it to anyone interested in politics and how political campaigns are run.

On the morning after the election when Joe Biden was declared the winner he said, "I feel like the dog that caught the car."  I laughed out loud although i was stting in my living room all by myself.

I thought that was so funny I had to share it.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

Hello Noel, it just goes to show that humour does not travel well. I looked it up and it still wasn't funny to me.
It does strike me that it could apply to pretty much all of the "world leaders".
Daring to sail close to the wind, I suspect that of those with an interest in American politics, half would have
found it amusing and the other half, not so much.

When you throw the bait out there and ask for non-political comments, I’m afraid most people won’t follow that advice, or at least a few won’t.

Having said that, I’m going to lock this one down just in case, especially since Election Day was the day before and there are probably some people that might start injecting results.
