Question about Bravo throttle quadrant

Featured Replies

Hi all. I will start by saying that I am a complete newbie still to flying, to the sim, and to the new Honeycomb accessories I bought.

But I have watched dozens of videos and followed many guided tutorials on setting everything up and have things set up pretty well (I think).

For today, what I hope is a simple question: On the throttle quadrant, as soon as I start a flight, even while still on the ground, the Anti Ice light seems like it's always on no matter what I do.

Guidance?

Thanks,

Rob

Must be some control mapping conflict somewhere. You'll have to search for the associated button across any controllers you have and see if it's mapped incorrectly somewhere or double-mapped. I use the same throttle and don't have this issue.

believe that is the intended behavior for some planes. I notice in the Carenado Seneca the light stays on unless you turn on pitot heat. If you turn on pitot heat, the light goes out on the Honeycomb. It may not be smart enough to know which planes it should be on or off.
