December 10, 20214 yr I want to buy the FMS but I'm not going to have a non-functional radar on my panel and it doesn't seem that the WX Advantage Radar is available for individual download. It is included with certain MILVIZ planes but I'm not about to spend $50 dollars for an aircraft I'm not after just to try to reverse engineer that single gauge to work in my Lear. Does anyone know of a way to get only the WX Advantage? If I can't get that then I'm not getting the FMC either and I will continue with twin GTN 750s. Any suggestions? Thanks

It was a shared product between Milviz and REX simulations. Check the REX site and see if it is available there. Update. I see on the REX site it is no longer in development or available for sale from REX. I don't know if the Lear would be able to read the .gau or .cab file or not. The may some sort of a lock written into it where only Milviz panels can use it. It does say about the WX gauge that it doesn't work in P3D v5 with EA enabled. It used to disclaimer that the WX gauge was only licensed for use in the Milviz product but I couldn't find that disclaimer. Maybe since it's out of developement and sale it is now released to be used as any other gauge.
December 11, 20214 yr The Milviz WX radar does not work with the last couple of versions of P3D5 apparently because of changes LM has made to the API. It does work with earlier P3Dv5 versions. If you are using a sim that works with the WX radar, I suggest you try contacting MILVIZ and see if the WX radar is available directly from them.
