December 14, 20214 yr I just attempted a flight with the 208B for the first time after SU7 - I am unable to apply reverse thrust anymore (both a modded version and unmodded). I reset the bindings to my throttle controls and still no reverse thrust. The same control settings are still functioning properly for other aircraft, but I cannot get the C208B prop to reverse with any setting. Is anyone else experiencing this or is there a new control procedure now necessary? Randall Rocke

If you don't have it yet maybe this'll help you out.

If you don't have it yet maybe this'll help you out. Thanks. I've looked it over - fairly Rube Goldberg fix but I'll take it if it works! If that is indeed corrected in the Hotfix that's a good sign. December 14, 20214 yr Author Ironically, I've got this working - it did get messed up in the update but I was able to work around it. I use the Thrustmaster T.16000M with TWCS and can certainly post my set-up if that would be helpful? Randall Rocke

December 14, 20214 yr Author I think the assignments will translate across different controllers: To get into Low Idle I drag it up to the 1st position with my mouse To get into High Idle I bound a slider on my joystick to Propeller 1 Axis (you may be able to use a button or key for this, but I had a slider free so I used it): Propeller --Propeller 1 Axis Now that I am in High Idle my throttle quadrant controls the throttle normally. To switch over to reverse thrust (after pulling back to High Idle feather) I assigned a button to Toggle Throttle Reverse Thrust: Power Management --Throttle ----Toggle Throttle Reverse Thrust Once this is active, pushing my throttle control forward actually drops the TBM's throttle down into reverse. Pushing the toggle again puts me back in normal throttle/prop response. Hope that all makes sense! Randall Rocke
December 14, 20214 yr Yea I was having issues with the TBM throttle while using the TBM improvement mod. When I went back to the default model, all was ok. Just FYI.. I haven't had any issues with the C208B and I'm using the improvement mod on that so go figure. Duane Duane Buck
