Can anyone help me explain why my FPS in DX12 is double that I am getting in DX11?  I can't find any reaaon why that should be.  My problem with DX12 is it seems to lack smoothness.

My issues started to arise after I replaced an old 1080 monitor with a new G Synch HDR 1440 monitor.  Before that DX11 was better than DX12.

I just can't seem to get to the bottom of it
