January 14, 20224 yr Hi Dave, quick question. How do we report a missed approach in Pilot2AT ? I checked here and not quite sure the right steps. Will the software coordinate with me the new headings in case I can report a missed approach ? Thank you
January 14, 20224 yr Commercial Member <CallSign> is missed approach. After that, Tower should transfer you to Approach control and you'll start getting vectors for another approach. Dave

Dave I've never tried it, but if I actually wanted to fly the published missed approach procedure, would I be able to delay that call and it would still work, or would it be too late? Thanks, Dirk
January 14, 20224 yr Commercial Member You might be able to not make the call and the program would let you fly the published missed approach. You could then request a new approach when ready. Dave
January 14, 20224 yr Author Hi Dave, i'm trying but I keep getting this: ED One is missed approach; ED One This is CORK Approach on One One Niner Decimal Niner Please repeat your request. Check your frequency and your request and try again. ED One

Check your frequency and your request and try again. I One Im in the right frequency already.
January 14, 20224 yr Commercial Member If you are being told to report downwind, that is a VFR pattern and you should be talking to Tower. Approach can't handle that call. Dave
