OK this is with the PMDG NGXu version 1.9.  Everything is working until I am usually about 30 minutes into the flight.

Then my mouse stops working with FS2Crew.  Opened up the APP checklist and the button in the upper right will not change my mouse to a finger nor can I click on it to close the checklist (set up for the DES briefing).

Any ideas?
