February 2, 20224 yr Hi fellow flight simmers, I need control setting recommendations for my T Flight Hotas controller in FS2020. I usually fly the Cessna 172 because that's the plane I flew in real life years ago. But it just doesn't feel right to me, its kind of sloppy and loose and not what I want. I don't have that problem when Flying XPlane 11 with my old AV8R01 joystick as it feels more realistic in that Flight Sim than FS2020 does. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks

February 2, 20224 yr In the control options take a look at the joystick sensitivity and watch for any spiking. Mine had a really bad jitter on the Y axis that made flying especially the lighter aircraft pretty difficult. The nose would bounce up and down with just a slight control input. Increasing dead zones may help but I finally "solved" the problem buy buying a T.16000m joystick. Intel Core i5-12600k, Nvidia RTX 4070 Super, 128 Gigs.
