Practice run to Grand Cayman in the Caribbean

Featured Replies

Completed a familiarity flight today from KMFY - Page Field, Ft Myers, Florida, to MWCR- Owen Roberts Intl on Grand Cayman, in the Cayman Islands, located in the Caribbean Sea south of Cuba. Getting familiar with the route again as well as gaining some valuable familiarizaton in the Kodiak 100.  I will soon be making a three week trek through the Caribbean islands and countries. My Winter getaway from the cold here in the eastern and midwest USA.

Than you!  Flew from Grand Cayman to Cayman Brac, then on to Nassau, then back to Ft Myers today.  There sure is a lot of blue ocean, sun, and puffy cumulus clouds in the Caribbean....

Thank you!  Will be fascinating to visit those Caribbean airports in MSFS that I have previously visited in FSX.  Not all are yet available as addons for MSFS as most were for FSX.  Interested to compare the scenic approaches for instance to Montego Bay and to Kingston, Jamaica.  The only addon airport for Jamaica that I have found is for Ian Fleming Intl, MKBS, at Boscobel, Saint Mary Parish, Jamaica, which is on the north-central coast.  I do have a variety of addons for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and quite a number for the Bahamas if return through there.
