MARKETPLACE PROBLEM

I can't get Marketplace to work. I want to buy a couple of things but when I click on BUY DOWNLOAD, or BUY, I see a flash of blue that I assume is the next page in the ordering process just for an instant. I then get a notice that says the purchase has failed. I can't buy anything. Anyone else had this problem? Is there another way to buy something that is only available in Marketplace?

@Stratocruiser1 - Make sure you are signed in to your Microsoft account. Then start MSFS. Then try your purchase.

I think Marketplace needs to know your purchase method before proceeding .....

Also downloads at 2am range from .1 to 22mbs during the same download.  What's up with that?

Just tried that. Signed into my Microsoft account, minimized it, then started the sim, went to Marketplace. No joy.

At the top right click on Submit a Request, click on the triangle on the right and then on

"I have an issue with a purchase ...".

Fill out the form and submit.

I had the same problem as you which depends on the management of Microsoft Store and the support solved it for me after three days.

I add that if after the recovery done from the support, you receive the message upon purchase " Purchase failed "  you have to start MSFS2020 "not" as Administrator but by clicking on the icon.

I had this problem right after the Marketplace was restored and reported it to support.
