Can't update due to Microsoft Store Problem

Featured Replies

A new problem yesterday, never seen before.

After a few weeks I try to launch FS2020 and it says there is a mandatory update, and launches Microsoft Store.

I select FS2020 in Microsoft Store and it gets stuck after loading only half the product page (many placeholders are left blank). Only option is CTRL-ALT CANC and terminate the task from Task manager.

This is really interesting: I cannot play if I don't update, but I cannot update.

Maybe someone has encountered a similar problem before?

Thank you

Go to Store->Library->Get Updates (upper right corner).   Check that all items are being updated. it maybe necessary to repeat the procedure. After that all should work and MSFS will start and downloading updates by itself. WU8 (and other WU) must then be downloaded via the Catalogue in a separate step.
