April 7, 20224 yr Hello. I am working on getting my Stream Deck and XTouch Mini working with MS Flight Simulator. I have Axis and Ohs working with my stick and throttle and the XTouch midi controller. But the Stream Deck profiles (Guenseli profiles) are not being recognized by Flight Simulator. Flight Tracker buttons are working; it is only AAO buttons that are not working. Here is what I have done: Firewall allow port 9080 Inbound Rule created Lorbys Stream Deck plugin installed Guenseli Stream Deck profiles installed XML Scripts imported to AAOS Can you think of anything I am missing or may have done wrong? Thank you.
April 7, 20224 yr Commercial Member There is a troubleshooting guide PDF about the AAO WebAPI available for download on the axisandohs Weebly website. Please make sure to follow those steps. Edited April 7, 20224 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
April 7, 20224 yr Author I figured it out. I checked the ports with TCPView and found my new G502 mouse was on port 9080. I disabled the mouse software and now AAOs is fully working. And thanks for that troubleshooting guide. It tells me how to fix the port conflict. Edited April 7, 20224 yr by riveter correction
April 7, 20224 yr Yeah, Logitech G HUB steals that port. Anyone with a logitech mouse will have this issue unfortunately.

My assumption is data mining or crash reporting within GHUB..but I can't say for certain. I went through the same thing as riveter when I first installed AAO. Running netstat -aon as admin in command prompt showed GHUB as the culprit.
April 8, 20224 yr Could be for communicating with the Logitech Arx App or something like that. Windows 11 Pro - Ryzen 3 5900X - nVidia RTX 4090 - 32GB DDR4-3600 === Microsoft Flight Simulator
April 9, 20224 yr Commercial Member What does that G-Hub do? I have been using Logitech trackballs since forever, but I can't remember seeing that tool on my PC. LORBY-SI

It's their software to manage all their G-Series gaming devices (keyboards, mice, etc) to configure all the special keys, DPI settings, macros, profiles, LED lighting and so on.
