Final segment of PAWD - PANC.

Emerging on to Turnagain Arm - home to the second highest tide in North America.  The 'Bore' tides allow surfers lots of board time (wear your longjohns).

Right about over my old home - lots of air traffic in such a relatively small area.  Denali, on the right, is about 170 miles while 'Sleeping Lady' (Mt Susitna) on the left is a mere 45.

Yep , those "Bore" tides are something to see , just don't get stuck in the mud ......
